As we all know, Windows Task Manager provides a very limited control over startup items. This is why we need tools like Autoruns, made by Mark Russinovich.

Usage
Simply open the program and uncheck the auto-start items you want to disable. If you need to delete them, right click on the name of the program and click delete.
